Justin Robert Shapland is a writer with a focus on creating deep, lived-in fantasy worlds. He currently lives in Omaha, NE in the United States with his loving, supportive wife, Amanda, and their adorable son.

LONG BIO

Justin Robert (J. R.) Shapland was born somewhere in the middle of America: Omaha, Nebraska. When he’s not busy chasing his son around, you can find him with his face in a book, spinning an array of records, swimming laps, attending concerts and theater, or traveling the world in search of new experiences to add to his fantastic worlds. Even while studying mathematics and engineering at the University of Nebraska, he was drawn to the magic of creating new worlds. He’s eager to share those with fantasy lovers everywhere.
